3. Use of the service
You agree to use Muro responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the product
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service through automated means without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
4. Accounts
When you create a Muro account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@muroanalytics.com.
5. Data and analytics
Muro processes data that you provide or that is collected through your use of the service. This includes website analytics data, product usage data, and any information you enter into our tools.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide to Muro is collected and shared in compliance with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection regulations.
Muro provides insights, recommendations, and analysis based on the data available. These are intended to be helpful but are not guarantees of any specific outcome. Decisions made based on Muro's output are your responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
The Muro product, website, brand, design, code, and content (including blog posts, tools, case studies, and visual assets) are the intellectual property of Muro and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You retain full ownership of your own data. Muro does not claim ownership over the data you provide or the analytics data collected from your products. You grant Muro a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Payments and billing
Muro offers both free tools and a paid subscription product. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are billed on a recurring basis unless you cancel.
We may update pricing from time to time. If pricing changes affect your current plan, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to continue or cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or are unsatisfied with the service, contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
8. Limitation of liability
Muro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep the service reliable, accurate, and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muro and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Muro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may stop using Muro at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you can cancel through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or are using the service in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the product. We will attempt to notify you before or promptly after any suspension.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the product, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of Muro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you through the product or by email.
